SharePoint 2007 and Popfly Integration

Mikey G has been posting some great content. Very hard to keep up with him. Is like doing full time blogging or something? Not that I’m complaining, learning alot from him. One of his latest posts (New Mashup Combining SharePoint List Data with Popfly RSS Blocks, LiveLocal and More) has been on a mashup from a custom SharePoint List (geotags containing latitude and longitude points with description), which allowed the RSS feed to dynamically feed Popfly blocks that are tied into LiveLocal maps. That gave him a map with dynamically generated pushpins. Also check out his post on the SharePoint Team blog SharePoint and Popfly integration — yes, really! which links to a great SharePoint and Popfly Integration screencast and provides a great walkthrough.

Its a neat example of some of the innovation from Microsoft and its MVPs.
The potential is very much vivid with Popfly and SharePoint and I, with the SharePoint community, look forward to more great examples.
