Alfresco

Matt Asay from Alfresco (open source alternative to SharePoint) speaks smack about how SharePoint support sucks.  Although I do admit that support from Microsoft sometimes can not be as good as open source community driven.   I do applaud Microsoft for providing opportunities for the community to share, collaborate together; it still has a long way to go.  What are your views on SharePoint support from Microsoft?
