I have recently created a Twitter profile sharepointbuzz. In case you have been living under a rock, Twitter is a service for friends, family, and co–workers to communicate and stay connected through the exchange of quick, frequent answers to one simple question: What are you doing?
Its not a bad tool. Its definitely not for everyone. I have been answering the question as often as I remember. Feel free to add me to your Twitter profile. If you add me, I will add you!
Here are some SharePoint related tweets:
- rexm: Tomorrow: demonstrating support for connected, multi-lingual content in MOSS. Why don’t we just write our own CMS on top of SharePoint?
- elchoguy: Worked about 12 hours learning SharePoint. I still have questions
- geoffduncan: Today’s irony points: using a Sharepoint server is substantially faster on an old PPC Mac w/Safari than a quad-core Windows machine w/IE7
- shadawyn: Woo! SharePoint SME says it’s buggy and not user error. I feel less dumb
- jpalmer: SharePoint Goodies on CodePlex: There are plenty of excellent SharePoint projects available to download o.. http://tinyurl.com/2av57k
- rexm: We get to have a Q&A session with the sharepoint product team. 1st question - why did you screw us over?
As you can see, its pretty interesting what people are thinking, doing and sharing on Twitter. They only thing I don’t like about Twitter are its constant downtimes, other than that, I would recommend you to check out Twitter.
